Mirissa Content Hub — Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Mirissa Content Hub account and the personal data associated with your account.

Delete your account from the app

You can start the account deletion process using the Delete My Account option in the account/profile settings of the Mirissa Content Hub application. You may be asked to confirm your decision before deletion.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot access the application, you may send an email from your registered email address to hello@mirissa.com.tr with the subject “Mirissa Content Hub Account Deletion Request”. Only the information necessary to verify that the account belongs to you may be requested.

What happens when the account is deleted?

Your active Content Hub account is closed, and profile data, campaign-usage data and similar personal data that is no longer required to maintain the account is deleted or, where appropriate, irreversibly anonymized. Active marketing permissions and marketing communications are terminated.

Deleting the account does not mean that records required to be retained under applicable legislation must be destroyed immediately. Limited records required for tax, accounting, payment, legal-dispute, fraud-prevention and security purposes may be retained only for the necessary purpose and statutory period. These records are not used to operate an active creator account or conduct new marketing activities.

ProPuan and open transactions

Before deleting your account, you are advised to check the status of any open processes such as pending content, product shipments, sales/return reviews or payment requests. An account-deletion request does not require deletion of payment or transaction records that must legally be retained.
