Shipping policy

1. Order Preparation

After your purchase is confirmed, your order is carefully prepared and handed over to the carrier within 1–3 business days at the latest. Minor changes to this period may occur during campaign periods and public holidays.

2. Carrier and Tracking

Our shipments are delivered securely through leading contracted cargo companies in Türkiye. Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number is sent to the email address registered in the system and to your mobile phone by SMS.

3. Delivery Time

After your shipment is dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 business days depending on the delivery region and the carrier's distribution volume.

4. Shipping Fee

Shipping is free on all orders.

5. Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package at delivery. If you notice crushing, tearing or other visible damage, please ask the carrier to prepare a damage report, do not accept the package, and notify us promptly.
