Mirissa Content Hub — Membership and Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These Membership and Terms of Use set out the main rules for using the Mirissa Content Hub application provided by Mirissa Kozmetik ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Mirissa”). By using the application and approving the relevant screens, you agree to the applicable terms.
1. Purpose of Content Hub
Mirissa Content Hub enables creators and influencers to join Mirissa campaigns, track product shipments, submit content, earn ProPuan, create referral sales links and request a cash payout once they reach an eligible balance.
2. Age requirement
The platform is available only to users aged 18 and over. By registering, the member confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
3. Account and profile
Members are responsible for keeping the information they provide accurate and current. Fake accounts, use of another person's identity or content, system manipulation, fake followers or engagement, duplicate accounts used to obtain rewards and similar misuse are prohibited.
4. Campaigns
Each campaign screen shows the participation model, task, submission format, deadlines, reward, product-shipment terms, advertising-disclosure instructions and content-usage scope. The version accepted when joining a campaign is recorded. Later changes do not retroactively alter previously accepted campaign terms.
Not having a tax document, company registration or an Article 20/B exemption document does not by itself prevent campaign application, participation, content submission or earning ProPuan. Payment-related checks are carried out when a payout is requested.
5. Product shipment and seeding
Mirissa may send products to creators as part of a campaign. A product may be sent for a specific content task or as a PR/gift shipment without a mandatory posting requirement. Campaign-specific terms are displayed in the application.
If a creator leaves a campaign, the product's condition and campaign terms are considered. Where clearly stated at the start, return of an unopened product may be requested. A used product does not automatically create a debt equal to its value; suspected misuse may be reviewed separately.
6. Advertising and collaboration disclosure
Commercial posts made in exchange for money, ProPuan, free or discounted products, sponsorship or another benefit must clearly disclose the advertising or collaboration relationship. Creators must visibly use the disclosure wording specified in the campaign brief, such as “Advertisement”, “Collaboration”, “Sponsored Content” or “Promotion”.
7. Content submission, revision and rejection
Submitted content may be reviewed against the campaign brief, technical requirements, accuracy of product information, advertising disclosure and applicable law. Mirissa may request reasonable revisions. If content approval is a condition of the campaign reward, rejected content does not create a ProPuan entitlement. Using the product or posting the content on the creator's own account does not by itself create an additional fee or ProPuan entitlement.
8. Content usage rights
Mirissa may use creator content only within the duration, channels, territory and purposes shown to and accepted by the creator for the relevant campaign. Organic social media, website, product-page, marketplace or paid-advertising use may be specified separately for each campaign.
Whitelisting, Spark Ads or similar advertising through the creator's account must be stated separately. Creating a new advertisement, speech or performance with artificial intelligence using the creator's face or voice is not included in the general content license and requires separate specific permission.
9. ProPuan system
Content Hub has one combined ProPuan balance. Campaign rewards, sales ProPuan earned through the Sell feature, referral rewards, bonuses and other eligible adjustments may be included in this balance.
1 ProPuan = TRY 1 gross payment value. ProPuan may move through stages such as PENDING, APPROVED and AVAILABLE. The minimum payout request is 500 available ProPuan. The amount displayed in the application is not the final net amount after any taxes or statutory deductions.
10. Sell
Creators may generate and share unique referral sales links for Mirissa products. After an eligible purchase is attributed through a creator link, sales ProPuan may be calculated using the eligible sales amount and the applicable ProPuan rate.
Shipping charges are excluded from the sales ProPuan calculation. Where a discount applies, the actual eligible product amount may be used. If an order is cancelled or returned, the related sales ProPuan may be fully or partially reversed. Suspicious transactions, including possible self-purchases, may be reviewed. Duplicate order or return notifications do not create multiple rewards.
Creators are not shown customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or payment information.
11. Payouts
Once the minimum available ProPuan balance is reached, a creator may submit a payout request. Depending on the creator's status, banking and necessary tax/accounting information may be requested at this stage. These documents are not prerequisites for campaign participation.
Where Article 20/B applies, the relevant document and account information may be requested; ordinary taxpayers may be asked for an appropriate invoice or accounting document; and where no tax registration exists, an accounting review may be required for the relevant payment. Payment is made after the necessary checks. Tax consequences vary according to individual status and applicable law.
12. Misuse and reward adjustments
Fake sales, fake referrals, use of another person's content, reward-system manipulation and similar violations may be reviewed. Approved or available rewards are not removed arbitrarily; however, appropriate adjustments may be made for documented reasons such as a clear error, duplicate reward, fraud, forgery or serious campaign violation.
13. Account suspension or closure
Accounts may be temporarily restricted or closed for security concerns, fraud, serious or repeated rule violations. Members may delete their accounts at any time through the in-app account-deletion feature. Details are available on the Account Deletion page.
14. Personal data
Information on personal-data processing is provided in the Mirissa Content Hub — Privacy Policy and the relevant KVKK clarification texts.
15. Updates to the terms
Mirissa may update these general terms due to platform changes or legal requirements. Important changes may be announced in the application or through appropriate communication channels. Previously accepted campaign-specific terms are not changed retroactively because of a new version.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The competent authority and jurisdiction are determined under applicable legislation, taking into account the legal status of the parties and mandatory jurisdiction rules.
