The Scalp Is Skin: The Science of Adapting Skincare Principles to Scalp Care

“The scalp is skin” is a useful and scientifically sound starting point. 1. Barrier and hydration

In general skin research, Niacinamide has been associated with increased synthesis of ceramides and other stratum-corneum lipids and with reduced transepidermal water loss.
